30-Day Returns

We want you to feel completely confident in your Nuée purchase.

If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact

  • Returned in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns are only accepted if tried on over underwear and show no signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved — this ensures the fastest availability.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.
